(a) Warrant of attachment and eviction order by breaking be raised dated 29th October,2004

(b) That the respondent be ordered to issue 14 days notice for execution as required by the law.

(c) Execution be stayed pending determination of Application no. 328/2002 pending at Regional Housing Tribunal, Dar es salaam.

(d) Costs.

(e) Any other reliefs.
